Tumbleweed Compost Maker |
The vertical tumbling action of the patented Tumbleweed Tumbler designed with a stainless steel rod running through the center, creates an aerobic environment that offers a quick and odorless form of composting. A daily spin will produce 7-8 cubic feet in a few short months. As with all tumblers that are not physically contiguous with the soil below, a compost starter/accelerator is recommended. The unit has two animal resistant twist lock vented lids at either end, which allows for easy filling and emptying of the bin. Constructed of durable, UV protected polypropylene plastic. Made in Austrailia.

Compost Aerator

Makes turning compost a breeze! High-quality 36" steel shaft is lightweight but strong and rigid. The hinged "wings" at the bottom fold against the shaft as you plunge the Compost Aerator into your compost heap. When you pull up, the wings open to a 7" spread, grabbing twigs, stems and leaves, allowing you to mix the pile. Provides excellent air circulation, creating a hotter internal temperature, so compost decomposes faster and more thoroughly, without odors.
